Rhubarb Crisp Squares image

This recipe was given to me by a coworker who highly recommends it. I haven't tried it myself ast yet. It comes from "500 Best Cookies, Bars & Squares. Note: If you find that the squares are a little watery, place them in the refrigerator. They should firm up nicely.

This crisp was a bit dry for my liking. I think I would add a little more butter to the crumble topping next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the crumble topping next time.
