1 lb hamburger
1 large egg
1 box beef rice a roni
2 1/2 cups water

Steps:

  • mix hamburger, egg and rice together and form meatballs. Brown in large frying pan. Once browned pour in 2 1/2 cups water and seasoning packet. dinner for 20 mins.
