I'm not a fan of seafood, but I really enjoyed this gumbo. The flavors are well-balanced, and the seafood is cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again, even if I had to buy the seafood.

This gumbo is a bit too spicy for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy food.

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe because I'm not a fan of okra, but I was pleasantly surprised. The okra adds a nice texture to the gumbo, and it's not slimy at all. I will definitely be making this again.
