I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a cast iron skillet. Can I use a different type of pan?

Overall, I thought this frittata was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This frittata was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add more salt and pepper next time.

I followed the recipe exactly but my frittata didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This frittata was a little too dry for my taste. I think I'll add more milk or cream next time.

I'm not a huge fan of ricotta cheese, but I really enjoyed this frittata. The other ingredients balanced out the ricotta flavor perfectly.

This frittata was a hit with my family! The ricotta cheese made it so creamy and flavorful. I added some spinach and sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
