This creamy, cheesy white pizza meatball dip is Inspired by New York City's famous Lombardi's Pizza. Easy to make, try it with pre-made meatballs or make your own and serve hot with RITZ crackers. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, and oregano.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Stir in remaining mozzarella cheese, meatballs, tomatoes and olives until combined.
- Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with reserved mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with RITZ Crackers for dipping.
