Roasted Cajun Potatoes image

I found this recipe on another sight but tweaked the seasonings a bit, My family really loves the flavor you can add more or less to suit your taste.

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 medium potatoes, sliced
1/4 c olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp caribbean jerk seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. wash and slice each potato, (or if you wish you can cut into wedges, peel them if you prefer.) place in mixing bowl
  • 2. in a small bowl combine oil and all seasonings and whisk until blended. pour over the potatoes and toss until all are coated.
  • 3. place in 9x13 inch pan and bake for approx 40 minutes, or tender. This will depend on the type of potable and also the thickness of the cut.
