Roasted Grape Crostini image

A trip to Spain introduced me to its culinary treasures, like Manchego cheese and sherry. This appetizer always impresses folks who've never tasted roasted grapes. They're amazing. -Janice Elder, Charlotte, North Carolina

I'm allergic to grapes, so I can't try this recipe. :(

I'm not sure about this recipe. The combination of grapes and cheese seems a bit odd to me.

I tried this recipe and the grapes were burnt. I think I roasted them for too long.

These were a little too sweet for my taste, but my husband loved them.

These are so easy to make and they're always a crowd-pleaser. I love that you can use any type of grape you like. I've made them with red grapes, green grapes, and even black grapes. They're all delicious!

I'm not a big fan of grapes, but these were surprisingly good! The roasting process really brings out their natural sweetness. I served them with a dollop of honey and they were perfect.

These were a hit at my party! I made them with red grapes and crumbled goat cheese, and they were absolutely delicious. The roasted grapes were perfectly caramelized and the crostini were crispy and flavorful. Will definitely make these again!
