Roasted Red Pepper and Cheese Sandwich image

I came up with this sandwich one afternoon when I was trying to clear out the fridge of some odds and ends. It came out so good that now I make this all the time! The cheese makes a big difference. You can leave off the lettuce and grill this for a delicious panini style hot sandwich.

This sandwich was a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some herbs or spices next time.

I'm not a big fan of roasted red peppers, but I really enjoyed this sandwich. The cheese and bread were perfect complements to the peppers.

This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover roasted red peppers. It's also a quick and easy meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Not bad, not great. The sandwich was a bit dry, and the flavors didn't really come together. I think I'll stick to my usual BLT.

Easy to make and delicious! I used a loaf of sourdough bread and it turned out great. The roasted red peppers and cheese are a classic combination that never disappoints.

This sandwich was incredibly flavorful. The roasted red peppers added a sweet and slightly smoky taste, and the cheese melted perfectly. I will definitely be making this again!
