Robin's butter beans image

Most of my recipes are received from friends that have made and served the dishes. This one is no different. I am not much of a bean eater but this one sure changed my mind especially since it was so easy to make. It has become an Easter tradition for us to go with our ham and other side dishes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) kidney beans, drained
1 can(s) butter beans, drained
1 can(s) pork & bean, undrained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, sliced
1 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Fry diced onion and bacon together. Add all ingredients and bake at 350 until browned. In my oven, it takes approximately 45 mins.
