Rocky Road Banana Split image

A delicious banana split dish of ice cream scoops with banana slices, fudge, nuts, and marshmallows.

4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce, or to taste
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup, or to taste
1 banana
¼ cup miniature marshmallows, or to taste
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into 2 separate serving dishes. Pour fudge sauce onto one scoop per dish; pour strawberry syrup over the other scoops.
  • Cut banana into quarters. Place 1 quarter on both sides of each split. Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and chopped walnuts.
