I'm not a big fan of mustard, but I really enjoyed the sauce in this recipe. It was tangy and creamy, and it paired well with the salmon.

I used tilapia instead of salmon and it turned out great! The sauce is what really makes this dish. It's so creamy and flavorful.

The salmon was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend using a different cooking method for the salmon, such as baking or poaching.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more spices or herbs to the sauce.

This lemon mustard sauce is the perfect complement to the rich, flaky salmon steaks. The sauce is tangy, creamy, and slightly sweet, and it really brightens up the fish. I will definitely be making this dish again!
