Steps:
- Pound chicken breasts slightly to flatten evenly. Brush both sides with oil. Combine seasonings sprinkle on both sides of chicken. Grill over medium-hot coals for 6-8 minutes turn and grill 4-6 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Top with cheese allow to melt, about 2 minutes.
