This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made it with some leftover grilled chicken, and it was delicious. The sauce is flavorful and versatile, and it can be served over pasta, rice, or potatoes.

I'm not a fan of Italian food, but I tried this recipe anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was flavorful and tangy. I will definitely be making this again.
