The quiche was a little too eggy for my taste. I think I would use less eggs next time.

I wasn't sure how the sausage and tomatoes would taste together, but I was pleasantly surprised. This quiche is now one of my favorites.

This sausage and tomato quiche was a hit with my family! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the crust was flaky and delicious. I will definitely be making this again.
