I followed the recipe exactly, but my dish didn't turn out as well as I expected. The potatoes were undercooked and the sauce was bland.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use mild sausage instead of hot.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and always turns out great. I usually add a can of corn to mine, and it's also great served over rice.
