Sausage Quiche image

I love to make dishes ahead and freeze them for holiday company. I made 3 quiches for Christmas breakfast this year, and this one was everyone's favorite. I like to use Jimmy Dean spicy sausage, but you could also use regular or Italian sausage as well.

The crust was a little soggy. I would recommend blind baking the crust before filling it.
