Savory Beef & Broccoli Rice image

1 tablespoon butter
1 pound lean beef, cut into strips
1 onion, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup UNCLE BEN'S® Flavor Infusions Garlic & Butter Rice
2 cups water

Steps:

  • In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add butter, then brown the beef until golden brown.
  • Add onions and mushrooms, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until onions are translucent.
  • Stir in broccoli, UNCLE BEN'S® Flavor Infusions Garlic & Butter Rice, and water.
  • Bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
