Steps:
- Cook the sausage in a saute pan till browned, set aside. Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan, the cover wth slices of butter. Combine with cream, salt, pepper and mustard, pour over the cheese. Sprinkle the sausage over the cheese and cream mixture, then pour in the beaten eggs. Bake at 325 for 35-40 min until the eggs are set, take out and allow to set for 5 min. before serving.
