This little gem refrains from adding baked tomatoes, so it pairs equally well with Brown gravy & Mashed potatoes, or, Pasta with your favorite Marinara.

Steps:
- 1. (In large bowl) Blend 1 Tbl minced onion & 1/4 Cup of pesto
- 2. Add 1 egg & breadcrumbs & mix evenly
- 3. Add raw ground meat (turkey or beef!) & blend well with fork or hands
- 4. Gently press meat mixture into well-greased pan. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
- 5. Turn out loaf onto serving dish, cover & rest 5-10 minutes.
