SCALLOP KABOBS WITH BACON image

1 pound scallops
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoon mustard
1/4 pound bacon
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Bamboo skewers

Steps:

  • Soak skewers in water. Drain. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around scallops and place on skewers. In a small bowl combine honey, vinegar, mustard and olive oil. Brush onto scallops and bacon. Place on baking pan and broil for 3-4 minutes per side or until crisp.
