I've tried many carrot recipes, but this one is definitely the winner. The combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and kecap manis created a flavor profile that was both unique and delicious. Highly recommend!

This Indonesian stir-fried carrots recipe was an absolute delight! The carrots retained their crunch, while the sweet and savory sauce coated them perfectly. I added a bit of chili flakes for a touch of heat, and it was perfection.
