I'm not a big fan of scalloped potatoes, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The potatoes were cooked perfectly and the cheese sauce was flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

This scalloped potato skillet was a disappointment. The potatoes were undercooked and the cheese sauce was bland. I won't be making this recipe again.
