I had high hopes for this dish, but it was a bit disappointing. The schnitzel was tough and the eggs were overcooked.

This recipe was a little too salty for my taste, but it was still good. I think next time I'll use less ham and bacon.

I'm not a big fan of ham or bacon, but I still enjoyed this dish. The eggs were fluffy and flavorful, and the schnitzel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

This dish was easy to make and turned out great! I used turkey bacon and ham to make it a little healthier, and it was still delicious.

I've been making this schnitzel eiernocken for years, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The key is to use high-quality ingredients, like fresh eggs and good bacon.

This schnitzel eiernocken was a hit with my family! The ham and bacon added a nice smoky flavor, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.
