500 g sweet potatoes, chopped
250 ml reduced fat cream
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Boil sweet potato for 15 mins or until soft, drain.
  • Mash with all other ingredients.
