The Seattle Dogs were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

The Seattle Dogs were a bit bland for my taste, even with the addition of the spicy brown mustard.

Would have liked the recipe to include instructions for making the cream cheese mixture from scratch instead of using store-bought.

Seattle Dogs were a bit too messy to eat, but the flavor was on point. Will try to find a way to make them less messy next time.

The smokiness from the grilled hot dogs really took this recipe to the next level. Highly recommend grilling the hot dogs if you can.

The cream cheese melted and made the hot dog bun soggy. I think I'll try this recipe again without the cream cheese next time.
