Handed down 2 generations, this hot dish has been adapted to fit our family. With a husband who doesn't eat any vegetables, they've all been taken out. The original recipe had onions and whole kernel corn, add them if you like!

I'm not a huge fan of hotdishes, but this one was actually pretty good. The flavors were well-balanced and the dish was very filling. I would definitely make it again.

This dish was easy to make and very tasty. I used brown rice instead of white rice and it turned out great. I also added a can of black beans for extra protein.

This is a classic comfort food dish that is perfect for a cold day. The rice and ground beef are hearty and filling, while the vegetables and cheese add flavor and nutrition. I like to serve this with a side of crusty bread or a salad.

I tried this recipe last night and it turned out great! The flavors were well-balanced and the dish was very filling. I would recommend using a good quality cheddar cheese for the best flavor.
