Sedona's No-Peek Beef Stew Recipe - (3.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lbs. stew meat
1 med. onion, sliced
Celery, chopped
Carrots, sliced
Potatoes, cup up
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
2 tsp. salt
12 oz. can V-8

Steps:

  • Layer meat first, then vegetables. Sprinkle w/sugar, tapioca and salt. Pour juice over all. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for AT LEAST 4 hours, but can do even 5 or 6. DO NOT PEEK !!! :)
