Nonstick cooking spray
4 slices whole-grain bread
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and cleaned, tails removed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 cups torn romaine lettuce

This salad was a disappointment. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, and the dressing was too heavy. I ended up throwing most of it away.
