I thought this salad was just okay. The shrimp was a bit overcooked and the dressing was a little bland. I probably won't make it again.

This shrimp paella salad was a hit at my last potluck! The flavors were incredible - the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the dressing was tangy and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.
