Steps:
- 1. Saute Chicken... In a 4-quart soup pan. Saute onion and butter until onion becomes transparent. Add potatoes,water,salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Gently boil potatoes for 15 minutes, or until tender. Reduce to low heat. Stir in Chicken, corn and milk. Cook on low for an additional 5/10 minutes. Garnish with Cheddar Cheese.
