1/2 c pet evaporated milk
6 medium pork chops, double-thick with pocket sliced
1 pkg dried onion soup mix

  • 3. Combine dried onion soup mix, vegetable broth, soy and W sauce. Add to pork chops. Cover and simmer 50 minutes or so. Remove to a warm oven (225^)on oven proof platter.
  • 4. Whisk remaining evaporated milk gradually into flour in a small measuring cup. Stir into hot liquid in the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over chops. No need for potatoes- you have the dressing. Enjoy!
