Steps:
- Cook noodles, dropping bouillon cube into noodle water.
- Brown garlic, onion and crumbled beef in oil.
- Add flour, salt, paprika and mushrooms.
- Stir and let cook 5 minutes.
- Add soup and simmer 10 minutes (under boiling point)
- Stir in sour cream, keeping heat low, so it won't curdle and heat through.
- To serve, pile stroganoff mix on top of noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
