SKILLET POTATOES, CARROTS AND SAUSAGE

Steps:
- 1. Place oil in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and carrots. Season with some salt. Cook stirring occasionally about 10 minutes. Add the onion and garlic. Cook 5 more minutes.
- 2. Add the sausage, rosemary and thyme. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
