I would give this jambalaya a 3 out of 5 stars. It was easy to make and the ingredients were affordable. However, the flavor was just okay. I would probably make it again, but I would add some additional spices to give it more flavor.

This jambalaya was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I will definitely be making it again, but I'll use less cayenne pepper next time.
