I'm not usually a big fan of pork, but this dish was surprisingly good! The pork was cooked perfectly and the peanut sauce was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pork. I usually make a big batch of pulled pork on the weekend and then use it to make this dish during the week. It's always a quick and easy meal that my family loves.
