Steps:
- 1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, & jalapenos. Mix the spices together and pour over the top of the chicken. Stir in the brown sugar.
- 2. Pour in the water, lemon juice and crushed tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the cornstarch and stir everything together. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- 3. Serve over Basmati rice and lots of naan to soak up all the delicious sauce. Garnish with cilantro
