These tomatoes were good, but not great. I think I roasted them for too long, because they were a little dry. The flavor was good, but I would have preferred them to be more juicy.

I made these tomatoes last night and they were a hit! My husband and I both loved them. They were easy to make and so flavorful.

These tomatoes are amazing! I roasted them for an hour and a half and they were perfect. The skins were wrinkled and the flesh was soft and juicy. I used them to make a sauce for pasta and it was the best sauce I've ever had.
