My mom passed this recipe along to me. I often fix it for company because it's pleasing to the eye as well as the appetite. I rarely have leftovers, since second helpings are a given.-Joanne Werner, La Porte, Indiana

This dish was a disaster. The sausage was tough and the potatoes were mushy. I will never make this again.

I thought this dish was just okay. The sausage was a little dry and the potatoes were a little bland. I will probably not make this again.

This dish was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I will definitely make it again, but I will use a milder sausage.

I'm not a big fan of smoked sausage, but I loved this dish. The potatoes were so creamy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again, but I will use a different type of sausage.

I was short on time, so I used frozen diced potatoes. It still turned out delicious. I will definitely be using this recipe again.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add more cheese. I love cheese!
