Sneaky Shamrock Shake image

A semi-healthy version of the McDonald's® shamrock shake that we all love. Spinach replaces green dye. Great minty taste! Amount for ice cream and milk are estimates. I usually eyeball the whole thing. Add enough to make a thick, creamy shake!

I had a hard time finding mint leaves at my local grocery store. I ended up using peppermint extract instead.

This shake is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar or omitting it altogether.

I'm not a big fan of mint, but this shake was surprisingly delicious! The chocolate and vanilla flavors balance out the mint perfectly.
