My grandmother used to make this for us on Easter. She recently revived the dish and I begged her for the recipe. It is now a staple to all my cookouts and is always a favorite. She hates that my extended family calls this "my" recipe since it's hers, but I always give her credit!

The casserole was a bit dry. I think I would add more butter or milk next time.
