A close friend made this Mexican-Italian bake for me almost 20 years ago, and I've prepared it regularly ever since. It comes together in a snap because it relies largely on convenient ingredients I keep on hand. We like it with a loaf of crusty bread. -Rose Turner Minnick, Christiansburg, Virginia

[email protected]I thought this recipe was just okay. The flavors were a bit too strong for my taste, and the casserole was a little bit dry. I wouldn't make this again.

[email protected]This casserole was okay. It wasn't anything special, but it was a good way to use up leftover spaghetti. I would probably make it again if I had leftover spaghetti, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it.
