Spiced Beef Stir Fry With Scallions and Cilantro image

This is a very spicy dish, if you prefer a milder taste, simply halve the quantities of coating. you can also serve this into warmed flatbreads or tortilla wraps.

This is the worst stir-fry I've ever had. The beef was dry and the vegetables were overcooked.

This stir-fry is a great way to use up leftover beef. I always have some leftover steak or roast beef in the fridge, and this is a great way to use it up.

I followed the recipe exactly and the stir-fry turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a little more garlic.
