Spicy Breakfast Potatoes Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: russet potatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, Frank's Red Hot® Sauce, fresh parsley

3 russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¼ cup Frank's Red Hot® Sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, salt and Frank's RedHot® sauce.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the oven and roast for 35-40 minutes, tossing halfway, until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Enjoy!
