Steps:
- 1. Rinse and drain the cranberries. Combine the cranberries, water, salt, sugar and peppers in small pan and heat till boiling. Lower the heat to med/low and put lid on pan, cook about 5 minutes, letting the cranberries pop open. Remove from heat and cool.
- 2. Once cooled, mash well and place cooked cranberries in the refrigerator. Place a block of cream cheese in a serving dish and flatten slightly. Pour a generous amount of cranberry mixture over the cream cheese. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and green onions on top and serve with your favorite crackers! Enjoy...
