[email protected]This recipe was a disaster! The lentils were mushy and the mushrooms were tough. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Would not recommend.

[email protected]Not a fan of lentils, but this recipe was surprisingly good! The mushrooms and spices really helped to mask the lentil flavor. I served it over quinoa and it was a very satisfying meal.

[email protected]This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and herbs to give it more flavor. The lentils were also a bit mushy, so I would recommend cooking them for a shorter amount of time.
