Great for the lazy days. You can adjust each ingredient to your desired consistency. I will substitute and go for the low fat or fat free stuff for the cheese and mayo.

I'm not a big fan of tuna melts, but this recipe changed my mind. The spicy tuna salad is really good, and the melted cheese is the perfect addition.

This sandwich was so easy to make and so delicious! I used canned tuna, but I think it would be even better with fresh tuna. I also added a slice of avocado to my sandwich, and it was the perfect addition.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I still enjoyed this sandwich. The sriracha mayo was not too spicy, and the melted cheese helped to tone down the heat. I would definitely make this again.
