Spinach Balls image

Salty Parmesan, earthy spinach and comforting stuffing... what a delight!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg chicken flavored stove top stuffing
6 eggs
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 c butter
2 box frozen chopped spinach

Steps:

  • 1. Cook and drain spinach
  • 2. Add butter
  • 3. Combine all other ingredients then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 4. Remove from refrigerator and form walnut sized balls from spinach mixture
  • 5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
