A lady at our church fixed this for a church dinner once and I thought that it was so delicious! I asked her for her recipe and she proudly gave it to me. This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found that the breadcrumb topping was a bit too dry. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. I think it would be better with less cheese. I also found that the breadcrumb topping was a bit too thick. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of spinach, cheese, and bread crumbs is perfect. I like to add a little bit of nutmeg to the sauce for extra flavor.
