Spinach Crumb Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
4-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the spinach, eggs, milk, cheese, onion and salt. Pour into a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
