Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pkg baby spinach
1 pkg strawberries, fresh
2 can(s) canned mandarin oranges
1 red onion
1 bottle light raspberry vinagarette dressing

Steps:

  • 1. Wash and drain spinach and take off large stems. Put in large bowl.
  • 2. Wash and drain strawberries and cut into quarters. Put into bowl.
  • 3. Slice red onion thinly and put into bowl. I use whole onion but if you want, you can use half.
  • 4. Drain mandarin oranges and put into bowl.
  • 5. Just before serving, pour bottle of dressing and mix ingredients. I use whole bottle, but you can use it to taste. Its best to finish off the salad because the spinach gets soggy if leftover.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some strawberries and mandarins that were about to go bad, and this salad was the perfect way to use them up. It was delicious and refreshing, and I will definitely be making it again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this salad. I'm not usually a fan of spinach salads, but the addition of the strawberries, mandarins, and red onion made this one really special.

This salad was incredibly refreshing and vibrant! The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, with the sweetness of the strawberries and mandarins balancing out the tanginess of the red onion and the slight bitterness of the spinach. I will
